Experienced food marketer and public relations professional, with more than 30 years’ experience, promoting and managing food industry associations, including the National Pecan Shellers Association, International Association of Culinary Professionals and Research Chefs Association, Vickie brings a wealth of experience as a consultant to Alpine Communications.
She has developed promotional campaigns for the Horseradish Information Council, the Association for Dressings & Sauces and many others. Her expertise in managing and leading associations in the food industry business has led to many career successes.
She has experience conducting food tours and other events with chefs and food writers nationwide, most recently for the National Pecan Shellers Association.
Clients she’s worked with have landed on the pages of Better Homes & Gardens, Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Southern Living and a host of well-respected newspapers and industry trade publications.
Formerly with Kellen Communications, a nationally renowned PR agency with expertise in food trade associations, Vickie provides expertise for clients in the food industry. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she lives in Marietta, Ga., with her husband and daughter.
